Graduates of the bachelor’s and master’s programs will receive certificates of congratulations on graduation day.

In the fall and spring, graduates will receive their diplomas approximately five weeks after their Commencement Ceremonies, while in the summer they will receive them five weeks after their grading period.

In the event that your diploma has been mailed, your diploma vendor will send you an email.

There is a height of 11 inches and a width of 14 inches on the diploma.

If you did not attend Commencement, you will receive a diploma via mail five to seven days after the ceremony.

As all diplomas are printed and shipped from its Utah headquarters, diplomas cannot be mailed to campus addresses.

For your diploma to be received, you will need to clear all holds through Orion Student Services Center. Students who clear holds after the certification date must notify the Graduation Team of their clearance. Graduation Team members will only order diplomas after receiving an email notification from the student in the next ordering cycle. A diploma order will be placed at noon on Wednesdays except if it is a holiday, in which case the order will be placed the following business day.
